The quality practices or quality management systems adopted by industries will further evolve due to the changes of quality concepts as time goes by. This chapter discusses the change of quality concepts . A quality control plan is used in many phases of business, and in developing a system to ensure products and services are in the best possible stage. It is also used to meet customer demands and is it one of the most essential things in the building of a business.
